Terms of use.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Mirra.

You retain ownership of the photos, captions, comments, messages, and other content you upload. By uploading content you grant Mirra a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, process (including via AI models), and back up your content as needed to operate the service.

You can revoke this license by deleting the content or your account.

• Content involving minors in sexual contexts, harassment, impersonation, or doxxing
• Generating or sharing content that violates another person's privacy or likeness rights without their permission
• Automated scraping, brute-force, or other abuse of the AI inference endpoints
• Reselling AI-generated outputs as standalone products without an explicit commercial license from Mirra

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. We may remove content that we reasonably believe is unlawful or violates these terms.

Mirra is provided AS IS. We do not warrant that AI outputs will be accurate, appropriate for any specific purpose, or available without interruption.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mirra is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via the app and/or email. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of [Jurisdiction].
